On-line Shipping

We offer free shipping on eligible orders over $199.00 ( before tax) with total package weight of 15 kg or less. Some over-sized and/or over-weight items may exceed our shipping allowance. Free shipping is not available to Northwest Territories, Yukon Territories, Newfoundland Nunavut and Labrador. All orders will be reviewed and the customer contacted to verify/clarify charges and shipping timeline. All drum sets and electronic drums purchased through our website are billed with estimated shipping charges. Soul Drums reserves the right to amend this policy at our discretion.

All in-stock orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 days. All backorders and special orders will be contacted to confirm and provide estimated time of arrival.

We accept most major credit cards with the Visa and Mastercard logos.Your credit card is billed when the item is ordered. We only accept credit cards with billing addresses in Canada. Your card will be charged when the order is placed. Our secure server ( PayPal) is the safest way to shop. We will also take phone and email address.

We offer a 14 day refund/exchange/credit on all in-stock on-line purchases. All returned items must be original packaging and must include manuals, accessories and warranty cards where applicable. Returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer must provide a copy of original invoice. There are no returns on special orders, discontinued or clearance items, drumsticks and drumheads. Refunds,exchanges or credits are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received free shipping, the value of uncharged shipping cost will be deductd from your return.

Soul Drums is an authorized dealer for all brands listed on-line and in-store.
We service what we sell!
Please contact Soul Drums @ 1-800-305-7685 for all warranty issues.
We will advise you to either ship to our store location or directly to the authorized service facility. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Soul Drums. A copy of the original bill of sale must accompany the returned warranty item.

On-line Pricing

We work very hard to keep pricing accurate, competitive, and up to date on our website. However, pricing is subject to change at any time, and not all pricing may be up to date at the time of your purchase. In such a case where pricing for a purchased item hasn’t been updated on the website, we will review your order upon purchase of an item.

Repairs and Service

We can service any drum or percussion instrument through our network of qualified in-store and off-site technicians.
We offer custom drumset repair (tuning, bearing edges, shell recovering etc ) as well as on-site concert band
servicing ( tympani, steel pan, etc) We also offer head replacement for djembes, congos,bongos.
We can deliver, set-up and detail all of your drums and percussion equipment in your home, studio or
rehearsal space.
